All deliveries are only available for Singapore mainland only.
Delivery are from Monday to Sunday. Customers have the following options to choose the delivery time slots.

(1) Between 8:00am – 12:00pm
(2) Between 01:00pm – 5:00pm
All delivery slots shown are subject to availability.
A surcharge of S$20 is required for orders less than S$100.00
All deliveries will be delivered to the provided delivery address by the registered user.
Our Sales Team will be call one day before to confirm your order and delivery timing.
There shall be no cancellation of orders upon confirmation.
Recipients are responsible to check their orders against the Invoice / Delivery Note.

- LW Roasted Meat Online Store hope to strive towards customer's satisfactions and deliver products of acceptable quality within the time windows selected by the Customer, we shall not be liable for any delays or exceeded timings and/or delays that has been due to bad weather / traffic conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances causes beyond the control of LW Roasted Meat Online Store. No changes to orders, once the delivery has commenced. Customers are to ensure that he/she or their representatives are available on the premise to receive their purchases upon the delivery time. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which the customer cannot be present to receive the goods in the requested window, an additional delivery charge of $20.00 will be imposed for another delivery to be made. If the customer does not want the order anymore, there would be an order cancellation fee of $25.00. Upon delivery, customers are advised to kindly check the items thoroughly (product description / quantities / expiry dates / condition of goods), before acknowledging the delivery. Should there be any discrepancies, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. Any discrepancy under the following circumstances, the guidelines are as follows:
(1) If a product was found to be damaged/unfit for consumption, LW Roasted Meat Online Store can refund the value of the product or replace the product and collect back the said product,
(2) If a wrong/extra product was delivered, LW Roasted Meat Online Store shall replace and/or collect back the said product.
(3) If a product has been paid for and was not delivered, LW Roasted Meat Online Store can replace the item or otherwise refund the value of the item back to the customer.
LW Roasted Meat Online Store will not be held responsible for any discrepancies after the delivery is acknowledged and accepted. Customers who wish to have their purchases left outside their home should take note that LW Roasted Meat Store Online shall not be held responsible for any damage or missing items after the delivery has been made. Customers are to note that goods sold and delivered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. - Disclaimer
